Format: 120 g
Shelf life: 12 months
Expressions: Almond milk chocolate and 72% dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Milk: milk chocolate (sugar, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, anhydrous butter and soy lecithin), almond kernels, butter and sugar. Dark: dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder and soy lecithin), almond kernels, butter and sugar.
Dark chocolate cocoa solids: 72% in the dark chocolate component.
Nut content: At least 17% in the milk expression; at least 27% in the dark expression.
Process: Water-jet cutting is used for a clean bar cross-section. Australian almonds are roasted and pan-cooked. Sugar and butter are cooked to develop a caramel colour; caramel is not added as a separate ingredient. The product is sealed with nitrogen.
Allergens: Milk, soy and almond are present in the supplied ingredient statements.
